The short version. Sifter Search adds a search bar and a search dashboard to your Wix site. What each plan includes is shown on the app's App Market page. Paid plans are billed by Wix and can be cancelled at any time in your Wix account.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Maio Apps (Turki Alharbi), the publisher of Sifter Search. Installing or using Sifter Search means you accept them. The Wix App Market terms apply to the installation and to any purchase.

2. What Sifter Search does

Sifter Search reads your site's public content, keeps a search index of it, shows results to visitors who use the search bar, and shows you what visitors searched for. It does not change your site's content.

3. Plans and billing

What each plan includes, and any limits, is shown on the app's App Market page.
Paid plans are billed by Wix, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the App Market, and renew until you cancel.
Cancel or change plans from your Wix account. Refunds follow Wix's app refund process; you can also email support@maioapps.com.

4. Your responsibilities

Use Sifter Search only on sites you own or manage.
Make sure your site's content is yours to publish. Sifter Search shows what is already on your site.
Tell visitors in your own privacy notice that searches on your site are recorded without personal details, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Support

Support is by email at support@maioapps.com. Expect a reply within one business day.

6. Availability

We aim to keep search running at all times, but it depends on Wix and on our hosting provider, and no uptime is guaranteed. Search runs in each visitor's browser, so if our service is unreachable, search keeps working; only the figures in your dashboard pause until it is back.

7. Liability

Sifter Search is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sifter Search in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and paying customers will be told of material changes by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
