These terms are between you and Maio Apps (Turki Alharbi), the publisher of Sidestat. Installing or using Sidestat means you accept them. Google's Workspace Marketplace terms apply to the installation, and Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to any purchase.
Sidestat reads the ranges you choose in the spreadsheet you have open, runs the analysis you pick, and writes the results into that spreadsheet.
Sidestat Pro is free for everyone during early access. After early access it costs $24 per year, billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and renews each year until you cancel. Cancel at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt; Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for. For a refund, email support@maioapps.com.
Support is by email at support@maioapps.com. Expect a reply within 24 hours. Support covers Sidestat itself, not the meaning of your data or your coursework.
Sidestat runs on Google Apps Script and depends on Google being reachable. That is not under our control, and no uptime is guaranteed.
Sidestat is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sidestat in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
