Answerly FAQ for Wix · last updated 8 October 2026

The short version. Answerly FAQ shows the questions and answers you write on your Wix site. It stores those questions and answers so your site can show them. It records nothing about your visitors: no names, no emails, no IP addresses, no cookies. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

Answerly FAQ is published by Maio Apps (Turki Alharbi), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@maioapps.com.

What Answerly FAQ stores, and why

The widget's design settings (colours, fonts, layout) are saved by Wix inside your site, not by us.

What Answerly FAQ records from visitors

Nothing. Visitors only read the FAQ. We do not record what they open or search, and we do not record their names, emails, IP addresses or payment details. The app sets no cookies.

Where the data lives

FAQs are stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1), in data centres inside the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the app.

Because your FAQs are shown on your public site, their text is public by design. Please do not put personal or confidential information in them.

How long we keep it

Payments

Paid plans are bought through Wix, which bills you and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the plan you chose and its status.

What Answerly FAQ never does

Your rights

You can export your FAQs as a CSV file from the app's dashboard at any time. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about your site, or for it to be deleted, by emailing support@maioapps.com. We also act on deletion requests Wix sends us on your behalf.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
